Mount Jouf surrounds the town of Maniago for its entire length, and is cherished as the town’s own mountain by its inhabitants.<\/p>\n

It is the first mountain you come across as you ascend the Magredi plain, and a dense network of roads, mule tracks and paths has been traced along its slopes over the centuries. All mountain sports can be practised here: mountain biking, trekking, downhill, Nordic walking, trail running.<\/p>\n

Since 2017, the Trail Spotting association organises the Jouf Fly Race, a unique race that highlights the fun side of trail running: downhill. To win, you have to ‘fly’ from the top of Mount Jouf to Piazza Italia, the heart of Maniago.<\/p>\n

Actually, Mount Jouf is accessible to anyone and Ciro Francescutto M.D., while developing his project \u201cCurati con Stile\u201d (Take care of yourself in style, ed.), has identified no less than 29 different trails to get to the top.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
