The Friulian Dolomites Natural Park is located in the mountain area above the high Friulian-Venetian plain. The protected area stretches from the province of Pordenone to the province of Udine and includes the Cellina Valley, the Colvera Valley, the Upper Tagliamento Valley and the territories converging towards the Tramontina Valley.
It covers an area of 36,950 hectares.
The Friulian Dolomites Natural Park is a veritable paradise for nature excursions and trekking; all activities that are ensured by the extensive network of paths and several facilities (huts – shelters, bivouacs).
You will discover the sites of interest you can’t miss once you get in the area, such as the Cellina gorge and the Vajont landslide site and dam.
